We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, so your socks are on their way fast — with full tracking provided from the moment they leave our warehouse in Middlewich, Cheshire.
How do I track my Sock Stack order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Use this to track your delivery in real time via the Royal Mail website or app. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if this has happened — it's not the experience we want you to have. Please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
