How do I care for my Sock Stack socks and underwear?
The majority of our socks, underwear, and thermal underwear are machine washable for easy everyday care. We recommend washing at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle to preserve the fibres and extend the life of your products. Turn bamboo socks inside out before washing to maintain their antibacterial properties. Thermal underwear should be washed at 30°C to retain its insulating properties. Avoid tumble drying on high heat — air drying or a low tumble setting keeps everything in the best condition for longer.

Both are natural, skin-friendly materials — but they perform differently. Our cotton socks are breathable, durable, and great for everyday use across all occasions. Many customers keep both in their sock drawer — bamboo for active days, cotton for everyday comfort.

How quickly will my Sock Stack order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, so your socks are on their way fast — with full tracking provided from the moment they leave our warehouse in Middlewich, Cheshire.
How do I track my Sock Stack order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Use this to track your delivery in real time via the Royal Mail website or app. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if this has happened — it's not the experience we want you to have. Please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or exchange — whichever works best for you. We'll always make it right.
What is the Sock Stack returns policy?
We offer a generous 35-day returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify. To start a return or exchange, contact us at sockstack@outlook.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund, partial refund, or exchange promptly. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
