Most of our men's socks are available in UK sizes 6–11 (EU 39–45), which covers the majority of adult male foot sizes. Women's socks are typically available in UK sizes 4–7. Where multiple size options are available, these are clearly listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Sock size is based on shoe size — measure your foot length in centimetres if unsure.

Yes — the majority of our socks are knitted with a degree of elasticity that allows them to stretch comfortably across a range of foot widths. Our wide-fit and non-elastic styles are specifically designed with extra room across the foot and ankle for a more accommodating fit. If you have wider feet or prefer a looser fit, we recommend our diabetic or non-elastic sock range.

Our men's boxer shorts and underwear are available in standard UK sizes Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), and Extra Large (XL). Yes — our thermal vests and long johns are designed to fit close to the body for effective heat retention, so we recommend ordering your standard clothing size. We are continuously expanding our size range to be more inclusive. Currently, our underwear and thermal ranges extend up to XL in most styles, with some styles available in XXL. Yes — our bamboo is sourced from sustainably managed bamboo forests that are grown without pesticides, herbicides, or artificial irrigation. Bamboo is one of the world's most renewable resources — it grows rapidly without replanting and naturally regenerates after harvesting. The resulting bamboo fibre is biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and far less resource-intensive to produce than conventional cotton.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch — so amendments and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at sockstack@outlook.com and we will do our best to make the change. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled but can be returned under our 35-day returns policy.

Yes — we deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands. Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery applies across all UK regions. Delivery times to remote areas and islands may occasionally be slightly longer than standard estimates. All UK orders qualify for free delivery over £22.

In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com with your order number and tracking details. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a full replacement or refund promptly. Please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to complete their investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Royal Mail will leave a calling card or digital notification if they are unable to deliver your parcel. You can then arrange redelivery, collect from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or redirect to an alternative address via the Royal Mail website or app using your tracking number. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within the holding period, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at sockstack@outlook.com and we will do our best to update your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched with Royal Mail, we are unable to redirect it — you will need to manage the redelivery directly with Royal Mail using your tracking number.

Our fastest delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 1–3 working days from dispatch. While this is not guaranteed next day delivery, orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day, giving you the best chance of receiving your order the following day. We are exploring guaranteed next day delivery options for the future.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of us confirming it has been processed, contact us at sockstack@outlook.com.

Yes — exchanges are available within our 35-day returns window. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify. Subject to stock availability, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement as quickly as possible.

If your socks develop a manufacturing fault — such as holes, loose seams, or colour fading — within a reasonable period of normal use, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Opened multipacks can be returned within our 35-day window provided the individual socks inside remain unused and in their original condition. If you have worn or washed any pairs from the multipack, we are unable to accept the return of those specific pairs but may be able to offer a partial refund for the unopened pairs.
