We recommend washing at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle to preserve the fibres and extend the life of your products. Turn bamboo socks inside out before washing to maintain their antibacterial properties. Thermal underwear should be washed at 30°C to retain its insulating properties. Avoid tumble drying on high heat — air drying or a low tumble setting keeps everything in the best condition for longer.

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, so your socks are on their way fast — with full tracking provided from the moment they leave our warehouse in Middlewich, Cheshire.
How do I track my Sock Stack order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Use this to track your delivery in real time via the Royal Mail website or app. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if this has happened — it's not the experience we want you to have. Please contact us at sockstack@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or exchange — whichever works best for you. We'll always make it right.
